Harbor Drive will be closed, and the procession will be accompanied by a police escort. 5:30 PM Celebration of the new Torah at Chabad, with Hakafot (dancing) and a festive dinner Dedicated by Federico Citoni in loving memory of his dear father, Moshe Massimo Citoni.
